The Fracking Challenge: One of Poland’s initial shale gas explorations required a very large, temporary capacity for the storage of its hydraulic fracturing liquids.
The Baker Solution: Engineering of an onsite storage system to include 20 Baker tanks and containment berms for both clean water storage and flow back water. Baker managed the entire set-up, including CAD plans for the precise positioning of the tanks near the well site.
Baker then connected the liquid tanks with hoses and manifolds, creating one managed system. Finally, Baker installed the gas-collecting pipe system. The complete system was delivered on-time and in compliance with environmental best practice standards.
