Lagerung von Essigsäure unter winterliche Bedingungen

Ein großes, auf die Produktion zahlreicher Produkte wie z. B. Silikon spezialisiertes Chemieunternehmen in Deutschland wurde mit einem Problem mit seiner Abwasseraufbereitungsanlage konfrontiert. Aufgrund erhöhter Produktion, stieg auch die Stickstoffkonzentration in den Abfallströmen an.

Hieraus entstand die Notwendigkeit eine temporäre Lösung zur Lagerung von Essigsäure zu finden, die als Kohlenstoffquelle für die biologische Abwasserbehandlung benötigt wurde.

BakerCorp wurde beauftragt, eine individuelle Lösung für eine temporäre Lagerung der Essigsäure auf Mietbasis zu konzipieren. Mit strikten Projektanforderungen für das tägliche Lagervolumen, zusätzlich zu anspruchsvollen Umweltanforderungen, mußte Baker eine Reihe von potenziellen Problemen lösen, um ein System anbieten zu können, das allen Bedürfnissen des Kunden gerecht werden würde.
