BAKERCORP NAMES JAMES LEONETTI CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Baker family of companies integrate to form BakerCorp, reemphasizing a long-standing dedication to providing customized rental solutions across numerous industries

Seal Beach, CA; April 3, 2007 - BakerCorp, the industry leader in containment, pumping and filtration equipment rental solutions, today announced the appointment of James Leonetti as Chief Financial Officer. A seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in senior level positions, Leonetti will help support BakerCorp's growth initiatives in the United States and international markets. "Jim brings a wealth of financial management experience with leading financial institutions and real estate services firms. He will be a key asset to BakerCorp as we continue to grow our product portfolio and expand our market presence," said Bryan Livingston, President and CEO of BakerCorp.

Prior to joining BakerCorp, Leonetti served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Capital Bancorp, a diversified financial services company. Before his tenure at Commercial Capital Bancorp, Leonetti served as Chief Financial Officer for several leading financial and services corporations. Leonetti's experience includes both operational and finance leadership roles including treasury, SEC reporting, strategic planning and information systems. Leonetti holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
