BakerCorp International, Inc. (BCI) is privately held and does not make its financial information available to the public.

BCI, however, has outstanding $240,000,000 of senior notes due 2019 that have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. BCI makes annual, quarterly and current reports available to holders of the notes, prospective investors in the notes and certain securities analysts through a secured area of its website. Holders of the notes, qualified prospective investors in the notes and certain securities analysts may access these reports by following the instructions below.
